These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, services, and interactions made through Heritage India Private Tours. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or verified phone number.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment.
  • You will receive a written confirmation email containing your itinerary and service details.

2. Payment Policy

  • Payment schedules vary depending on the type of tour (private, customized, long-duration, hotel-included packages).
  • Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • All payments must be made in the currency and method specified in our invoice.

3. Price & Inclusions

  • Prices are based on the itinerary, services, and travel season.
  • Inclusions such as hotel category, transport type, driver allowance, toll taxes, parking, and fuel will be clearly mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Any service not specifically listed under “Inclusions” will be considered excluded.

4. Modifications to Bookings

  • Any request for changes (dates, itinerary, number of guests, hotel category) must be made in writing.
  • Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Last-minute changes may not be possible during peak season.

5. Cancellation & Refund

  • All cancellation terms are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the timeline and rules mentioned in that policy.
  • No refund is applicable for unused services or services cancelled after the tour has started.

6. Travel Documents & Responsibility

  • Travellers must carry valid passports, visas, ID proofs, permits, and any other required documents.
  • Heritage India Private Tours is not responsible for delays or issues caused due to missing or invalid documents.

7. Health & Safety

  • Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to travel.
  • Any pre-existing medical conditions should be disclosed before the tour.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a traveller’s health condition poses a risk.

8. Behaviour & Conduct

  • Guests must behave respectfully towards drivers, guides, hotel staff, and other travellers.
  • Any behaviour causing harm, risk, or disruption may result in cancellation of remaining services without refund.

9. Third-Party Services

  • Hotels, airlines, railways, and local activity providers are independent third parties.
  • Heritage India Private Tours acts only as a travel facilitator and is not liable for:
  • delays
  • cancellations
  • service quality
  • changes made by third-party providers

10. Liability

  • While we make every effort to ensure smooth travel, we are not responsible for:
  • natural disasters
  • strikes
  • road closures
  • weather conditions
  • unexpected government restrictions
  • loss of personal belongings
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked with us.

  • All information on our website is published for general travel guidance.
  • Prices, itineraries, or details may change without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

  • All bookings made with Heritage India Private Tours are governed by Indian law.
  • Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan (India).
