Cancellation & Refund Policy — Heritage India Private Tours
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing from the same email address used at the time of booking. Your cancellation will only be considered valid once you receive an official cancellation confirmation email from our team.
Refunds may vary depending on the services booked and will follow the policy outlined below:
Cancellation Terms
- 61 days or more before the tour date:
All deposits will be refunded after deducting transaction charges and the cost of any services booked in advance on a non-refundable basis.
- Between 31 and 60 days before the tour date:
75% of the total package amount will be deducted.
- 30 days or less before the tour date:
No refund will be applicable. The entire tour amount will be forfeited.
Additional Conditions
- If you leave the tour after it has started, no refund will be provided for unused services.
- If you fail to join the tour on the scheduled date, join late, or change your departure date (for group tours), no refund will be issued.
- Any modifications requested for personalized tour packages will be communicated by our team via email.
