Agra Day Tour

You will be picked up from the hotel or pre-designated pick up point (be you are in agra or Jaipur/Delhi). As soon as you arrive at the city the escorting tour guide assists you at the entrance gate of the Taj Mahal.

Taj Mahal

A guided tour of the monument will take a couple of hours covering all major and minor points of interest. The tour that begins early in the morning is called the Sunrise tour and is highly referred for its elaborate beauty that looks stunning with the shimmering rays of rising sun. The Garden area, prayer room and the museum are the most lightning attractions of this place.

Agra Fort

The Agra Fort is situated at the shimmering banks of river Yamuna. The mighty fortified walls of the fort gives a spectacular view to the fort. Inside the fort complex like garden area, mosque and palaces are result of successive work by the rulers who gave it an ultimate shape that we are witnessing today.

Itimad-ud-Daulah

The historic Mughal Mausoleum is a mind-blowing piece of brilliant architecture surrounded with an ornate lush green garden that makes it look like a jewel box placed in between the garden. It was that monument that inspired Mughal emperor Shah Jahan to make Taj Mahal. For thai reason it is profoundly known as the Mini Taj.

Sikandra

Situated some 10 km from Agra, Sikandra is a great piece of architecture with a marvelous blend of Jain, Buddhist, Islamic and Hindu architecture style in various parts. This is the tomb of the Mughal emperor Akbar who is the one who actually started its construction and it was finished by his son Jahangir.

Soon after wrapping up the monumental tour will be dropped off to the hotel. This tour ends with your drop off.
